It’s day 3 of our expedition, and after hours of carefully monitoring weather reports and satellite imagery, we finally saw our opportunity. A brief window of improved conditions allowed us to move towards Halley VI.

Gratitude for Exceptional Support
Our flight was only possible thanks to the extraordinary commitment of personnel at Belgrano II and Halley VI stations. They went above and beyond, working beyond their normal duty hours to ensure our mission’s success, demonstrating the remarkable collaboration that makes Antarctic research possible.
