On day 15 of our expedition, we finally achieved a significant milestone as weather conditions permitted our movement from Princess Elisabeth station to Mountain Evening, the Antarctic station managed by the Republic of Belarus.

In the early hours of December 17th, our DHB aircraft successfully completed a survey of the grounding line after patiently awaiting a suitable weather window. Following this accomplished survey, the twin otter KBO aircraft strategically established a fuel cache, providing essential autonomy for our helicopter operations.
By the afternoon, we completed our flight to Mountain Evening station. The friendly personnel here have warmly welcomed our team, offering support and hospitality. Tomorrow promises another day of critical logistical preparations to continue advancing our scientific objectives.
