We moved from Novo Station to Princess Elisabeth on December 11th. The past few days at Novo were pretty good – we basically used the time to catch our breath and get ready for the next part of the trip.
Everyone took some downtime, which was really nice. We rested, did some planning, and made sure we were ready for what’s coming next. It’s always good to have a bit of a break, especially when you’re working in a place like Antarctica.
Now we’re at Princess Elisabeth Station and settling in.
